Many of you will probably be excited to know that Preston now officially sleeps in his own bed! It has been a long time coming. It seems like every time I was ready to start training him, he would get sick or we would go on a trip or something. (For those of you who dont know, I did the BIG NO NO and let my son sleep with me since birth)! I think it is equally hard on me to be seperated. The first night he cried, and cried and he kept yelling "Mommy" it broke my heart, but by the second night he slept completely through the night. This became highly necessary since my husband has been couching it for months. And when people come over in the morning and see his bed made in the living room they naturally assume marital problems.
Up next is potty training ladies and gentlemen......to be continued!

Yay! I bet that is a relief a bit to have your bed back! I never really went through that . . . luckily but I bet its hard to not have them safely by your side! Good luck with the potty thing . . . thats gonna stink!
Mason is no where ready to be potty trained, but it's going to suck I'm sure. Getting him to go strictly to a sippy cup is where we're at these days. He knows we're trying to pull a quick one on him. Some days he refuses to take it, others he gives in, bwaahaha! And then we chalk another point up on our side...
YAY! That is awesome. I was always worried I would roll over on my kids if they slept with me. Good luck with the potty training.
Of course I watched it . . I rarely miss a greys. Like I said obsession. lol or more like addiction. Or both. Anyways, I created the template myself with my digital scrapbook stuff. I am not really sure how I figured it out but I was using the html stuff and just messed with it until I figured out how to make it look okay.
